PMWFCA General Meeting Results 2017

At the General Meeting this year some changes took place. There were four (4) current board members up for reelection and all were seated for three (3) more years. A new candidate was voted on by the board of directors to fill one of the open seats. He is Matthew Schwenzer and we welcome him aboard. As far as the officers Kim Alexander officially became Board Secretary, (replacing Fred Loshen who moved in November of 2016) as well as Treasurer. Concerning the proposed raise of dues, the board of directors approved a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) raise unanimously due to the lack of a Quorum at the General Meeting. This now makes the Pocono Mountain Water Forest Community Association Dues Eight Hundred and Twenty Five ($825.00) Dollars. We would like to thank all the people that came out for the General Meeting and we hope that next year more will come so we can have a quorum.

Dear Members,

The General Meeting is scheduled for Sunday May 21st, 2017 at 1:00pm. At that time elections will be held to fill openings on the Board of Directors. In order to serve on the Board of Directors you must be a member in good standing and in compliance with the rules specified in the Bylaws. We hope that a majority of the membership will attend and participate in the community business.
