PMWFCA General Meeting Results 2017

Board Meetings
At the General Meeting this year some changes took place. There were four (4) current board members up for reelection and all were seated for three (3) more years. A new candidate was voted on by the board of directors to fill one of the open seats. He is Matthew Schwenzer and we welcome him aboard. As far as the officers Kim Alexander officially became Board Secretary, (replacing Fred Loshen who moved in November of 2016) as well as Treasurer. Concerning the proposed raise of dues, the board of directors approved a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) raise unanimously due to the lack of a Quorum at the General Meeting. This now makes the Pocono Mountain Water Forest Community Association Dues Eight Hundred and Twenty Five ($825.00) Dollars.
